PureWash 100 reduces 99.9% of pathogens in process water used to clean both whole and cut fruit, vegetables and salad.
PureWash 100 is effective against pathogens E.coli, Listeria and Salmonella in fruit, vegetable and salad processing waters. In addition, it provides control of spoilage and decay causing organisms that are present on the surface of post harvest, fresh cut and processed fruits, vegetables and salads so that product spoilage is minimised and shelf life is enhanced.
PureWash 100 has low reactivity with organics and soils within process wash waters, making it easier to maintain a consistent dosage for microbial control. It is a versatile product that can be successfully applied in all major processing steps, including mulit-stage flumes, chill tanks, coolers and washing in fresh cut, post harvest and further processed facilities. No rinse required.
