AirSep Centrox Oxygen Generator | 15 LPM |

High-capacity PSA oxygen generation for medical, commercial and industrial applications

The AirSep Centrox Oxygen Concentrator/ Generatoris a high-performance Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) oxygen generation system designed to provide a reliable on-site supply of concentrated oxygen without the need for continuous oxygen cylinder deliveries.

With oxygen production of up to 15 LPM (32 SCFH) and product pressure up to 50 psig (345 kPa / 3.5 bar), the Centrox is suitable for a wide range of applications requiring a dependable source of oxygen. Depending on configuration and operating conditions, the system can produce oxygen at concentrations of approximately 93% nominal and up to 95%.

The Centrox incorporates an integrated air compressor, PSA oxygen concentrator, oxygen concentration monitoring and automatic operation, making it particularly suitable for installations where consistent oxygen availability and reduced dependence on bottled or bulk oxygen are important.

How Does the AirSep Centrox Work?

The Centrox uses Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology to separate oxygen from compressed atmospheric air.

Air is drawn into the integrated compressor system and pressurised before entering the PSA concentrator. Molecular sieve material selectively adsorbs nitrogen from the compressed air, allowing oxygen-enriched gas to pass through as the product gas.

The PSA process regenerates the molecular sieve beds during operation, allowing the system to continuously produce oxygen without relying on conventional oxygen cylinder replacement. An oxygen concentration monitor continuously monitors the product gas and provides an alarm if oxygen purity falls below the specified level.

Why Choose an AirSep Centrox Oxygen Concentrator?

Reduce Dependence on Oxygen Cylinders

Generating oxygen on-site can reduce reliance on regular cylinder deliveries and provide a more convenient supply for suitable applications.

Automatic Operation

The Centrox is designed for automatic operation and can cycle according to oxygen demand, helping to optimise operation when demand varies.

Integrated Oxygen Monitoring

The system incorporates oxygen concentration monitoring, with a low-purity indication and alarm function designed to alert operators if oxygen concentration falls below the specified threshold.

Robust Construction

The Centrox uses heavy-duty metal enclosures and is designed for commercial and demanding operating environments.

Complete Oxygen Generation System

With compressor, PSA concentrator, monitoring and optional receiver/accessory packages available, the Centrox can form part of a complete on-site oxygen generation installation.
