For food and beverage manufacturers, effective cleaning is an essential part of maintaining hygienic production operations.
CIPDET provides a purpose-formulated, caustic, low-foaming cleaning option for suitable CIP and tray-washing applications, helping operators establish controlled and repeatable cleaning processes.
CIPDET uses a caustic-based cleaning system designed to break down and remove challenging organic contamination commonly encountered in food-processing environments.
The non-foaming characteristics are particularly useful in CIP systems, where excessive foam can interfere with circulation, cleaning performance and process control.
For optimum results, the cleaning regime should be established according to the type and level of contamination, equipment design and site-specific CIP requirements.
Effective CIP performance depends on controlling the key cleaning parameters:
CIPDET should be incorporated into an appropriately validated cleaning procedure for the specific application.
