Mini Jumbo toilet tissue dispenser that is key lockable and hinged for easy access to replace the existing roll. It will hold a standard mini jumbo roll and has a level indicator to ensure paper is always visible to monitor.

The unit features a full back plate and has a functional locking system using a T-Bar lock and key.
