DOSATRON D3RE Dosing Pump Chemical Injector unit

The D3RE Dosatron unit, the easy to use, alternative to manual chemical dosing.

The D3RE is installed directly in the water supply line and works by using the flow of water as the power source. The flow of water activates the Dosatron unit to draw the required percentage of concentrated chemical from the chemical container and injects it into the water stream. The concentrated chemical is then mixed with the water stream, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream, providing the end user with a diluted solution ready to use.

The D3RE is available in a selection of models in a choice of Blue Body or PVDF White with standard and external injection options:

D3RE3000 Flow Rate 10-3000 litres per hour at 0.03 -0.3 % Dose Rate Range - Standard injection

D3RE2 Flow Rate 10-3000 litres per hour at 0.2-2% Dose Rate Range - Standard Injection

D3RE5 Flow Rate 10-3000 litres per hour at 0.5-5% Dose Rate Range - Standard Injection

D3RE10 Flow Rate 10-3000 litres per hour at 1-10% Dose Rate Range - Standard Injection

D3RE25IE Flow Rate 10-2000 litres per hour at 5-25% Dose Rate Range - External injection

When Ordering a DOSATRON unit please provide SOS Hygiene with the information on the chemical that will be used in the Dosatron, preferably send the safety data sheet. SOS will need to check the seals in your chosen Dosatron are compatible for your chemical.
