High-Efficiency On-Site Nitrogen Generation

The AirSep N2WAVE™ Twin Tower Series is a range of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen gas generators designed to produce a reliable, continuous supply of nitrogen on site from compressed air.

Using Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) technology, the N2WAVE Twin Tower Series separates nitrogen from compressed air by selectively adsorbing oxygen molecules under pressure. This allows nitrogen to pass through as the product gas, providing an efficient alternative to delivered nitrogen cylinders or bulk liquid nitrogen.

The N2WAVE Twin Tower Series is available across a wide range of flow rates and nitrogen purities, making it suitable for applications ranging from manufacturing and laser cutting to food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemical processing, oil and gas and other industrial processes.

AirSep states that the N2WAVE Twin Tower Series offers improved air-to-nitrogen efficiency and reduced energy consumption compared with previously available generators.
