The AirSep N2WAVE™ Twin Tower Series is a range of Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) nitrogen gas generators designed to produce a reliable, continuous supply of nitrogen on site from compressed air.
Using Carbon Molecular Sieve (CMS) technology, the N2WAVE Twin Tower Series separates nitrogen from compressed air by selectively adsorbing oxygen molecules under pressure. This allows nitrogen to pass through as the product gas, providing an efficient alternative to delivered nitrogen cylinders or bulk liquid nitrogen.
The N2WAVE Twin Tower Series is available across a wide range of flow rates and nitrogen purities, making it suitable for applications ranging from manufacturing and laser cutting to food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, electronics, chemical processing, oil and gas and other industrial processes.

The N2WAVE uses a twin-tower PSA process and CMS adsorbent to separate nitrogen from compressed air efficiently.
The system is designed for automated operation and incorporates a touchscreen HMI for monitoring and control. Remote capabilities are also available.

Actual flow depends on the selected AirSep model and required nitrogen purity. As nitrogen purity increases, the available product flow generally decreases. Refer to the individual model specification sheet when selecting a generator.
