“ITS NOT SO MUCH ABOUT PROTECTING THE ENVIRONMENT; ITS ABOUT CREATING A WORLD WHERE THE ENVIRONMENT DOESN’T NEED PROTECTING “
Food and beverage production environments can generate significant levels of organic contamination, including fats, oils, proteins and other process residues.
CIP systems need cleaning chemistry that can operate effectively under controlled conditions while circulating through process equipment, pipework, vessels and associated production systems.
ULTRACIP provides a high-caustic, low-foaming cleaning option designed specifically around the requirements of suitable food and beverage CIP applications.
Its combination of alkaline chemistry, surfactants, defoamers and organic sequestering agents is intended to support effective cleaning while maintaining controlled foam characteristics.
Effective CIP cleaning depends on more than chemical concentration alone.
Key variables include:
ULTRACIP should therefore be incorporated into a documented and appropriately validated cleaning procedure rather than used on the basis of concentration alone.
